london isn’t so far from iowa

I’min London. Note to self: have a better plan when arriving in a brand new city. I’m exhausted, but i’m here. I want a park and a nap in the grass. Mmmmm sleeeeep……

;wefijjjjaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

that’s what your face does on the keyboard.

and wouldn’t you know it – i’ve already had a small-world experience: i was walking through the toronto airport to find a nurse and some better padding for my freshly-sliced heel (leave it to me to slice open my heel the day i’m leaving to go hike around in europe for two months) when i ran into a girl i went to high school with in small-town iowa. go figure.

in other news, i just received word from the friend who will be keeping my motorcycle while i’m gone. he went to my old house to pick it up and it was gone. yes, gone. stolen. awesome news while i’m thousands of miles away and can’t do a thing about it. he’s going to do some investigating. i’ll let you know what i find out. for now…i’m off to find that park!
