i was on a walk a couple days ago when i came around a corner to see a woman in a lavender dress sitting on the top of a 10 foot wall.  the gate wouldn’t let her out of her apartment complex, so she had dropped all her stuff over the side and was now trying to figure out how she was going to lower herself those 10 feet in heels.

so, obviously, i backed up to the wall and she stood on my shoulders as i gradually bent down far enough she could hop off.  human elevator style.

it’ll probably be the only time in my life someone’s on my shoulders before i know their name.
