a little numb

alli said it so well in her last blog: thoughts won’t be held captive lately.  in fact, it feels like they simply don’t exist.  there aren’t too many to sort through – i feel like my head is as flat and void of ideas and creativity as today’s inverted grey sky.  sometimes breaks like this come as welcome friends, but lately i’ve wanted something to touch me, to spark a bit of something in me.  i’m not sure what alters a state like this, but if you have any ideas/assignments/inspirations, send them my way.

ah see? soon you’ll be seeing me so much you won’t be able to stand it! 😉 and the REAL me! i bet the gal was doing poi. you can do it with flags, balls, and often they actually use lit balls or even fire. a really good friend of mine in barcelona does it and it’s pretty impressive. he tried to teach me…. umm… lets just say i haven’t been successful quite yet 😉 i’m so glad to hear you guys are settling in, kate. keep us up to date on the process – i hope you find a perfect combo of boston and sweden! 😉
